"Summer - Favorite Things" by X's and Oh's

Summer has unofficially arrived for some of our Village friends and this generally means less stitching time. Hopefully, the Spring storms will come to an end. I hope that none of our members have had any personal loss from the damaging weather. If you have, please know that the thoughts of the members of TSV are with you. Thank you to all who sent bookmarks for the 2011 Stitching for Literacy Bookmark Challenge. I hope you will stitch more for next year as we will again be participating!

The May drawing was the kick off for a stitch along in the TSV social area. Cheri Hart was the lucky person whose name was drawn to receive the fabric, thread pack, and chart for the first part of the new Birds of a Feather Mystery Sampler from Brenda Gervais of With thy Needle & Thread.
